Review of foot structure anatomy and how it affects all our body’s structures to support clients’ postural issues and with concerns like plantar fascial and other foot pain.
Including some key Acupressure points and reflex zones on the feet to support deep relaxation.
Learn to use crystal wand to ease areas of tension and work acupressure points.
