3D Massage: Sidelying with Andy Fagg
The human body is 3-dimensional. Yet many masage approaches work only with clients in a prone or supine position. Working in the sidelying position offers many creative opportunities and is not just for pregnancy! This workshop offers a range of bodywork and energy techniques, including:
- spinal mobilisations and stretching
- connecting complementary muscle groups in the lower back and abdomen
- accessing deeper muscles in the shoulder girdle
- deep relaxation and energy holds.
This may be taken as a one day workshop or combined with Releasing the Neck to make a weekend.
